Silvestre Kassoma - CEO

Prior to joining Bongani in 2004, Silvestre was the Managing Director of X-Pert/Reakgona Project Management Services and managed over 450 people. XPert/Reakgona specialises in providing project management services to public and private companies in South Africa. He was the Executive Director for Bongani Investment Holdings. Some of his key clients include SARS, Liberty Life, South African Parliament and Nedcor. He holds a Project & Managment Certificate, Business Management Diploma, MBA from MANCOSA .

Nomsa Mkosana - Director

Nomsa worked as a National Coordinator for Special Pension responsible for KwaZulu Natal Province. She has worked as Provincial Coordinator and Administration responsible for National and Local Government election. She was the deputy manager at Tshwane Municipality responsible for Governance. She hold the following qualifications: National Diploma Development in Administration - UNISA, Diploma in Office Administration - Khanya College, Public Management - Wits Business School, Theory and Practice Conflict Resolution - UNISA and a Diploma in Adult Basic Education- UNISA.

Luis Cupenala - Non Executive Director

He co-founded Bongani in 1998 after leaving Group Valentim Amões (GVA), where he was the Group CEO. As the CEO of GVA, Luis was responsible for rebuilding it into the largest group of companies in Angola after most of its assets were destroyed during the civil war in Angola. He grew the company from 40 to 1 000 man group with operations in gaming, property, tourism, timber and transportation. He holds a degree in telecommunications, certificate in communications, MBA degree from MANCOSA.

Teddy De Almeida - Non Executive Director

He is the current president of the South Africa-Angola Chamber of Commerce. Prior to forming Bongani, Teddy was the CEO and managing director of GVA South Africa. He was also a CEO of Consolidated Trading Services and a Managing Director of Transanglo Import and Export. He holds the following qualifications: MBA degree from MANCOSA, a Diploma in Med Lab, MAP (Wits Business School), Theology Diploma (RBTC), and various other business certificates. Teddy is also a Pastor at Alleluia Ministries.
